Graduate Engineer I, Public Works

Halff is seeking New Graduates who will graduate in December 2026 or May 2027 for a Graduate Civil Engineer in our Tyler, TX office. This position will assist in related studies, design, and reviews for construction and mapping projects such as airports, bridges, channels, dams, drainage systems, floodplains, public and private infrastructure, pipelines, roadways, and systems for water supply and sewage treatment.

You will work as part of a team under the mentorship of a Professional Engineers (PEs) who is eager to help you grow. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, critical thinker, and problem solver. Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take on new challenges with excellent communication skills.

Background in Public Works/Land Development is a plus.
