Chromalloy Holland in Tilburg employs over 180 professionals dedicated to delivering quality, innovation, and customer-focused solutions. Machine Operator – Frames & Cases (2-Shift) What will you do? As a Machine Operator within our Frames & Cases department (301) , you will be responsible for performing specialized processes on high-quality aerospace components.

Your daily activities include various grinding, welding and manual metalworking operations , where precision, craftsmanship and attention to detail are essential. Chromalloy has developed a wide range of specialized repair and manufacturing processes to ensure the highest standards of quality and durability. Together with your Cell Leader and colleagues, you work every day to achieve the best possible results in terms of quality, safety and delivery . Your experience in metalworking provides a strong foundation for the role, while your technical mindset helps you recognize opportunities for improvement. You will also actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S projects , helping us make our processes safer, smarter and more efficient.

This position is based on a 2-shift schedule : one week you will work five day shifts, followed by a week of four evening shifts. What do you need to succeed? A technical education at VMBO/MBO level or equivalent, preferably combined with experience in the high-tech manufacturing or metalworking industry; Experience working with tight tolerances and strict safety and quality requirements; Good knowledge of and/or practical experience with grinding techniques ; Experience with welding or other metalworking techniques is an advantage; Strong attention to detail and a quality-driven approach; A proactive attitude and the ambition to continuously improve your work; Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team; Good command of English, both spoken and written .
