Description COMMERCIAL FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN / PLUMBER Full-Time | $32–$38/hr BOE JP Prime Inc. is looking for a skilled Commercial Field Service Technician / Plumber to join our growing team. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform commercial plumbing service, repair, and maintenance calls as assigned by dispatch and your Lead Technician Diagnose issues accurately and complete repairs efficiently, safely, and to company quality standards Document work, photos, materials, and time accurately in Service Titan at the completion of every job Communicate findings and recommendations to your Lead Technician and escalate complex issues when needed Keep your service truck clean, organized, and stocked with the parts and tools needed for the day Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a positive, accountable team culture Interact professionally with commercial clients and site contacts to ensure expectations are met QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES 3+ years' experience as a Commercial Service Plumber or Field Service Technician Experience performing commercial plumbing service work in office buildings, medical and healthcare facilities, industrial/manufacturing facilities, distribution and fulfillment centers, and similar properties Skilled at troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing plumbing fixtures — faucets, toilets, flush valves, instant hot water heaters, and more Drain cleaning and jetting experience required Experience working with water, irrigation, and gas piping, including PVC, copper, black pipe, and galvanized pipe Experience with pump systems — recirculation, booster, and duplex/triplex sump pump systems Ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial water heaters and/or boilers Able to safely operate a company service truck, stored at home in a driveway or garage (no street parking) Willing and available to work nights and weekends as projects require Comfortable representing the company in commercial environments — personable, presentable, and professional at all times COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $32–$38/hr depending on knowledge and experience Take-home company service truck, gas card, and company cell phone Health, dental, vision, and Aflac Paid time off (sick, vacation, holidays) 401(k) options Eligibility for annual bonuses Access Perks Program benefits Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced field environment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Clear communication skills — with your Lead Technician, office team, and clients alike Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment Willingness to keep learning and stay current on industry techniques and codes Valid driver's license Skills in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Technology Savvy Service Titan (FSM = Field Service Management) Software + a plus Backflow Certification + a plus Ready to join the team?
