Quality Manager, QMS & Process Excellence

Barnes Aerospace has an exciting and challenging career opportunity for a Quality Manager, QMS & Process Excellence to lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of harmonized Quality Management System processes across our global aerospace portfolio. This enterprise role combines global process ownership with regional Quality partnership, serving as the principal Quality point of contact for either North America or Europe/Asia Operations leadership.

The successful candidate will translate business, customer, and regulatory requirements into practical, scalable processes that strengthen compliance, improve operational performance, and enable consistent execution across sites.
