Your Mission Be one of the people helping Koinz grow. You’ll find new restaurant partners, start conversations, build relationships, and turn potential leads into real partnerships. From the first call to the final deal, you’ll help bring great brands onto Koinz and make our restaurant network bigger, stronger, and more exciting.

What You’ll Own Identify and reach out to potential restaurant and F&B partners through calls, messages, and visits. Build relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers. Introduce Koinz and communicate how our platform can add value to their business. Manage your leads, follow up consistently, and keep the CRM updated.

Conduct meetings, support negotiations, and help bring new partners onto Koinz. Work towards acquisition targets while continuously improving your sales and communication skills.

Who You Are

0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Service, Retail, or F&B. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in sales are welcome to apply. Confident, energetic, and comfortable starting conversations with new people. Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

Organized, proactive, and motivated by achieving targets. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and willing to work in the field.
