Job Purpose The Quality Officer is responsible for ensuring and maintaining high-quality standards across all online live casino operations and products. This role focuses on monitoring live gaming environments, evaluating game presenter performance and professionalism, overseeing table presentation standards, and identifying product or UI-related quality issues that may impact the player experience.

The position plays a key role in supporting operational excellence by conducting daily quality reviews, reporting findings, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to ensure a consistent, engaging, and premium live casino experience for players.

Key Responsibilities

Live Casino Quality Monitoring Monitor live casino tables and gaming sessions to ensure consistent product quality and operational standards. Evaluate overall table presentation, including cleanliness, setup, branding, lighting, camera angles, and visual consistency. Identify and report any quality issues affecting the player experience.

Game Presenter Performance Evaluation Assess game presenters’ professionalism, communication, behavior, appearance, and adherence to company standards. Monitor presenter engagement, energy, and interaction quality during live sessions. Ensure presenters follow operational procedures, responsible gaming standards, and internal guidelines.

Provide constructive feedback and support continuous performance improvement. Product & UI Quality Control Monitor the live casino user interface (UI) and player-facing systems to identify visual, audio, or presentation-related inconsistencies during live operations Identify and report stream lag/freezing, tables failing to launch properly, UI misalignments, missing elements, incorrect table displays, or other visible defects affecting gameplay or presentation.

Escalate and coordinate identified issues with the relevant internal departments to ensure timely investigation and resolution. Track and document recurring UI or presentation-related issues to support operational improvements and system stability. Ensure continuous monitoring coverage during assigned shifts and provide accurate incident details when reporting issues.

Reporting & Documentation Create and maintain daily quality review reports covering ｏ Game presenter performance ｏ Table presentation standards ｏ Product and UI quality observations ｏ Operational concerns and improvement opportunities Track recurring issues and identifying quality trends. Maintain accurate records of evaluations, incidents, and corrective actions.

Compliance & Standards Ensure all live casino operations align with internal quality standards and company procedures. Support the development and improvement of quality assurance processes and evaluation criteria. Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

& Requirements Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Live Casino Operations, Customer Experience, or a similar role is preferred. Fluent level in Mandarin and English. Strong understanding of live casino operations and player experience standards. Excellent attention to detail and observational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to provide objective evaluations and constructive feedback. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment. Basic understanding of UI quality principles is an advantage. Ability to work 24/7 on a rotating shift basis (day/afternoon/night), including weekends and holidays. What’s in it for you? Competitive salary Up to €333.
