Your Contribution Define and execute sales strategy for key accounts to drive growth Align global sales activities with business targets Lead budgeting, track performance, and take corrective actions Drive new business acquisition and oversee key projects Define pricing, product strategy, and commercial approach Lead contract negotiations and key customer discussions Align teams and ensure strong cooperation with Business Units Monitor market trends, demand, and competitors Share insights to support business decisions Build strong, long-term customer relationships Expand network across customer organizations Oversee customer satisfaction and complaint handling Drive continuous improvement Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team Your Experience & Qualifications University Bachelor Degree or above Experience in sales management Experience as sales to Japanese car makers Mother tongue level Japanese and business English language skills Our offering; We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with personal & career development opportunities.
