Remote Geosteering Analyst

Description Excellent opportunity to grow with a Denver-based, leading Well Site Geological Service Company. Geosteering is key and essential to all wells drilled by our customers. As a Geosteering Analyst, you will play a vital role in the interpretation of the E&P drilling process. You will be part of our high-performance operations team that works closely with our customers to achieve the goals of the well prior to and while drilling.

Requirements

Prior experience Geosteering is required. B.S. or M.S. Geology or related field. Prior knowledge of Star Steer software required. Responsibilities/Requirements: A professional history of impeccable client communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure during a high workload environment.

Aptitude to work in a team environment while accepting the accountability of your individual work conduct. Capacity to perform multiple wellbore target changes on different projects in a timely manner while keeping your work accurate and on time. Provide exceptional technical advice to our clients on current and future projects.

Work Environment: 12-hour shifts. Varying workload changes over a day or week shift. Team environment. The position will be high stress during higher workload and short deadline periods. Technical: Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Advanced computer skills with an emphasis in Excel. Complete understanding of well site drilling operations.

Experience and knowledge in multiple basins. Professional: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment as well as individually. Open to mentoring and constructive criticism by peers. Ability to multi-task.
