Role Description ROLE TITLE/ DESIGN Field Engineer

• CPP GRADE Executive/Senior Executive DEPARTMENT CPP REPORT TO (JOB TITLE ONLY) CPP Head LOCATION All Units Role Purpose Responsible for operation for Field Operator Water treatment of raw water for use in CB, CPP and misc. Key Result Areas OBJECTIVE (AREA) HOW (METHODS OF ACHIEVEMENT) MEASUREMENT (END RESULT) Deviation in chemical Consumption from standard Close watch to the dozing pump & water quality and accordingly set the dozing quantity % of Deviation Water quality (all Parameters) & water analysis and testing Lab testing and online monitoring Perform all aspects of sampling, monitoring, and testing required to maintain Boiler water quality, Work involves responsibility for the technical aspects of WTP operations Document and report test results No. of deviation Adherence to pm schedule PM Schedule % adherence to schedule Equipment ownership Taking ownership of the equipment Record meter and gauge readings and operational data. Inspect equipment regularly, Clean and maintain equipment, tanks, filter beds % availability of equipment Near miss report & house keeping Close monitoring of CPP & DM area Nos. of near misses reported & level of housekeeping Organizational Chart Designation of immediate superior to whom the position will report CPP Head Role designation Field Engineer
