Marketing Executive (Turkish Speaker)

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Executive (Turkish Speaker) to support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, partner communications, and social media activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, experience managing multiple stakeholders, and the ability to deliver high-quality marketing outputs in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day coordination of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment across timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders. Manage and nurture relationships with media and strategic partners, including Turkish and international media, corporate partners, and sponsors. Act as the primary point of contact for partners on marketing-related deliverables, ensuring expectations, approvals, and deadlines are clearly managed.

Proactively track, follow up, and close all partner and internal deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality execution Support social media management (with or without agency), including content planning, copy alignment, visual asset management, and scheduling support. Ensure consistency of messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across partner communications, social channels, and marketing materials.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in marketing, events, exhibitions, or agency environments. Turkish language skills, desired. Demonstrated experience managing media, community, or strategic partners and coordinating multi-stakeholder deliverables. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Experience with social media content creation is highly desirable Proven ability to write clear, professional, and persuasive business copy, social media content. Proactive, adaptable, and able to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
