Help individuals with developmental disabilities thrive, build independence, and enjoy meaningful experiences. Current shifts available: Full-time-Saturday and Sunday 7am-10pm (30 hrs/week) PRN-to work as needed as a sub, shifts vary Job duties include: Provide compassionate care and support for clients with intellectual disabilities. Help clients build independence and life skills. Lead fun weekend activities and community outings. Create a safe, positive, home-like environment.

Qualifications

No experience with developmental disabilities? No problem! We prefer candidates with some background, but we're willing to train the right person who shows genuine interest and dedication. What we need from you: Valid driver's license required -We do lots of events and field trips on the weekend. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical stamina (you'll be active, not stuck in a chair). Able to pass drug screen and background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions) Dependable- a consistent routine is important for our clients. Willing to complete TB skin test and work physical upon hire Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
