Nexis Risk at this link risk.lexisnexis.com Responsibilities Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts within the SEA region Identifies, develops and typically closes sales opportunities (including renewals, upselling and cross selling) Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per existing account Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies Has direct contact with clients and moderate authority/opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms Continues to build knowledge of business, financials, products/services, the market or account needs Responsibilities Degree qualified with 3+ years relevant work experience Account Management experience using solution and consultative selling approaches Territory and stakeholder management at executive level with the ability to nurture relationships at a strategic level Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills and proven ability to negotiate Ability to write proposals and other communications to describe business requirements and proposed solutions Strong communication skills with ability to build relationships Strong numeracy skills, sales reporting and CRM management with proficiency in MS Excel Learn more about the Lexis.
