Program Director

The Program Director provides strategic leadership for LSS’ Minnesota Hands & Voices statewide parent-to-parent program supporting parents of children who are deaf or hard of hearing and their families. This role oversees program operations, team members, community partnerships, family activities, grants and contracts, and budgeting.

Working closely with families and stakeholders across Minnesota, the Director helps ensure families have access to trusted, unbiased information, meaningful peer connections, and resources that support their child’s language development, education, well-being, resilience, and long-term success.
