Sales Lead Coordinator

In this role, you'll be the connection between potential customers and our sales team, ensuring every opportunity is properly qualified, prioritized, and assigned for success. RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and review incoming leads from various sources Categorize leads based on which sales division the lead should be assigned Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives Communicate with customers to ensure that they are properly nurtured and routed to the correct sales representative. Debrief Comfort Advisors post call Required Skills & Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, sales teams, and management.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to quickly assess and prioritize leads to ensure the most promising opportunities are being pursued. Ability to analyze lead data and trends to suggest improvements in lead generation and follow-up processes. A focus on delivering a positive experience for leads and assisting sales representatives to close deals efficiently.

Education

& Experience Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or lead generation is preferred. Experience with CRM software, preferably Service. Titan, as well as Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
