Join our Dunkin' team to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, friendly environment. As a Team Member, you’ll prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure every guest has a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests with a welcoming attitude and assist with orders. Accurately prepare and serve Dunkin’ menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas. Adhere to health and safety regulations. Handle cash and card transactions efficiently. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Pay: $15 per hour

Requirements

Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality; Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred; Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments; Meet safety and sanitation standards; Anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations; Works well in a team environment
