Key Job Responsibilities

Maintains properties of assignment by monitoring and snagging. * Prepares report for property maintenance, tenants and other related to the property handled. * Enforcing property rules. * Cite scopes for improvements in a property and reports to the Property Manager. * Make sure 100% standard status of every individual apartment or villa before the hand-over to our valued tenant.

Inspecting vacant units. * Coordinate to the head office regarding to the moving-in and moving out of villa & apartment.
