What You'll do

Answer incoming customer inquiries via call, email, text and other contact platforms with professionalism and care. Assist customers with delivery scheduling, updates, delivery support, and in-home product support. Coordinate with delivery of drivers, stores, and internal departments to resolve customer concerns. Follow up with customers to ensure a positive delivery experience.

Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records. Help create a positive experience for every customer from start to finish. Who are we looking for? 2-years of Contact Center Experience Experienced with CRM platform and similar software Enjoy helping people and providing exceptional customer service.

Has strong communication and problem-solving skills. Can stay organized while managing multiple tasks. Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
