Inbound Member Sales Specialist

This role focuses on inbound, needs-based sales by helping members who reach out to us for support. You’ll identify member needs, recommend tailored financial solutions, assist with consumer loan requests, open deposit accounts, and educate members on options that fit their goals.

• Grow member relationships through consultative, needs-based conversations and referrals to wealth management, insurance, business services, and commercial lending. • Champion digital engagement by promoting digital banking tools, self-service options, and a polished, consistent virtual experience. • Collaborate across teams with branches, lending, marketing, business services, and digital partners to deliver seamless member support.
