Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and inspiring a team of 5 or more full-time employees within a designated Business Unit. This role is central to fostering a high-performing, values-driven culture through effective leadership, clear communication, and personal example. The Production Supervisor trains, guides, and develops team members—both professionally and personally—while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

This position reports to the Business Unit Manager.
