General Manager

The General Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the growth and profitability of PAG companies by facilitating various operational activities, managing internal teams and external partners. This position is responsible for overseeing all the daily operations of the assigned facility, leading a team to ensure all Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) occurs on schedule, while maintaining exceptional quality, containing labor and inventory costs and availability.

They will review and improve the facility effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees and establishing a highly motivated work environment. This role involves working with other PAG leaders and our partners to develop and implement key initiatives to align with the company's strategic objectives.
