Field Marketing Representative Luxury Bath | Full-Time Position Overview Luxury Bath is looking for motivated, outgoing, and personable individuals to join our growing Field Marketing Team! As a Field Marketing Representative, you will play an important role in helping homeowners discover our bathroom remodeling services by creating conversations, generating interest, and scheduling complimentary in-home consultations.

This is a face-to-face marketing position focused on connecting with homeowners through neighborhood outreach, door-to-door marketing, retail partnerships, home shows, community events, and promotional displays. You will represent the Luxury Bath brand, educate potential customers about our products and services, and help generate qualified appointments for our sales and design team.

No prior bathroom remodeling experience is necessary. We provide training, guidance, and the tools you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door outreach in neighborhoods surrounding active Luxury Bath installation projects. Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations about their bathroom remodeling needs. Generate qualified leads and schedule complimentary in-home bathroom consultations. Represent Luxury Bath at retail locations, including Walmart, Ace Hardware, and other retail partners.

Staff promotional displays, home shows, expos, farmers markets, festivals, and community events. Approach potential customers, introduce our services, answer basic questions, and create interest in our offerings. Educate homeowners on Luxury Bath's bathroom remodeling solutions, products, and services. Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.

Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively in the community. Communicate with the Marketing Manager and team regarding performance, lead activity, and opportunities for improvement.

Willingness to work outdoors, travel between assigned locations, and participate in occasional evening and weekend events. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or marketing is a plus, but not required.
