One of Cape Town's leading hotels is seeking a Senior Duty Manager to join their team. This person will be responsible for ensuring all guest needs and expectations are exceeded continuously and for ensuring the efficient and safe running of all daily operations of the hotel. This person needs to have 5 years work experience as a manager in a five star environment.
