Job description
The City of Loveland serves almost forty thousand homes and more than 4,000 businesses with care, foresight, and integrity. The city’s Electric Utility Division is at the forefront of grid transformation. In keeping with its mission, Loveland is now looking to onboard a Journey Substation Relay Technician. This person will be tasked with installing, maintaining, calibrating, troubleshooting and repairs on electronic, electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical equipment and systems in a substation environment. The role works on protective relaying, substation control systems, SCADA, power transformers, metal-clad switchgear, and other substation-related equipment.
The salary range for this position is $102,821.47 to $149,091.28 annually based on experience.
