Mechanical Estimator-Project Manager

The Estimator/Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned requests for quotation (RFQs) for primarily HVAC related work, developing accurate and competitive project estimates, and overseeing projects through completion. Based on the size and complexity of each project, this role may independently manage smaller, single-trade projects from inception to closeout or partner with the Contracts Project Management team to support larger, multi-trade projects.

The position requires strong collaboration, organizational skills, and the ability to balance estimating responsibilities with effective project execution.
