Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in healthcare, where helping others was already an important part of my career. Today, I’m proud to lead a well-established agency with an experienced team and a strong history of serving our customers and community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for {{ account.name }}, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
