What you can expect: You are responsible, as a Sales Agent in the shops in Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate, for providing advice in English and selling products and services. You represent customers and process contracts in the customer management system. You assist customers and process payments. You resolve customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach and support the furnishing and maintenance of the TKS shop’s appearance.

You carry out sales promotion activities. What sets you apart: Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification. Several years of experience in selling telecommunications products. Knowledge of customer care and billing systems. Flexibility. A confident manner. This position can be performed full-time or on a near-full-time part-time basis (at least 30 hours).
