Server in Senior Living Community

Lathrop Community, a retirement community grounded in Quaker values and a commitment to enhancing the experience of aging, is seeking a server to join our team providing dining services to our residents. This is a part-time position and in addition to hourly compensation of $15.50, benefits include enrollment in Lathrop’s 403(b) retirement plan and access to the Employee Assistance Program. You'll be a key part of an important department at Lathrop, form relationships with staff, residents, and their family members. Must have experience in a fast-paced restaurant or long-term care culinary setting. Experience with food prep and dishwashing is a plus! This is a customer service forward position for someone who is great at multitasking with a passion for serving the senior community.
