What You’ll Do As a Day Services Instructor / Caregiver , you’ll support and empower individuals through hands-on care, engaging activities, and community involvement. Provide direct care, supervision, and support to individuals throughout the day Lead and assist with activities that promote growth, independence, and community integration Help implement individual goals and plans alongside Case Managers Support with personal care needs (toileting, feeding, mobility, hygiene, etc.)

Assist with transportation duties , including bus attendance and transfers Ensure a safe, positive, and engaging environment for all participants Document progress and maintain accurate records using agency systems Be part of a team that truly supports each other and the people we serve What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent Experience working with individuals with disabilities or behavioral needs (preferred, not required—we will train the right person!)
