Operations Manager M2

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with line and support organizations to develop and maintain the facility operating schedule
• Selecting, training, and qualifying/certifying of operations personnel
• Serving as a member of the Facility Operations Safety Committee (FOSC)
• Implementing facility performance goals and standards
• Conducting investigations of operations abnormal events to identify and correct the cause of the event
• Providing input to the Operations Manager for the annual operating budget and ensuring operations adheres to budgetary constraints
• Providing oversight and assessment of operations activities
• Identifying and correcting operator performance deficiencies
• Ensuring that the facility is operated within the limits of applicable permits and licenses to include release of hazardous wastes. Facility Support and Operations Manager: Manage overall direction and oversight of operations.
