Service Desk Coordinator

Job Summary

The Service Desk Coordinator provides Level 1 and select Level 2 IT support, serving as a primary point of contact for end users. This role focuses on troubleshooting hardware, software, and Microsoft‑based systems while delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced support environment. What You’ll Do Respond to and resolve service desk tickets via phone, email, and remote support Troubleshoot hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, SaaS applications, printers, and mobile devices Access management for Microsoft, GSuite, and Electronic Health Record Applications Escalate issues as needed and keep users informed throughout resolution Collaborate with the service desk team to meet response and resolution goals What We’re Looking For Associate’s degree or equivalent IT support experience 2–3 years of experience supporting Windows, Microsoft Office, and end‑user hardware Experience with remote support tools, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset Ability to multitask in a service‑oriented environment CompTIA or Microsoft Industry Certifications a plus Why Join Us Be part of a collaborative service desk team Gain hands‑on experience supporting diverse technologies Opportunities for ongoing learning, training, and skill development Make a direct impact by helping users stay productive This is a 24/7 operation, and this position requires flexibility to work any shift, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, based on business and operational needs.

Candidates must be willing and able to work a variety of schedules and may be required to adjust their schedule as operational needs change. Applicants must be available for all shifts and cannot be limited to a specific shift.
