In this role, you’ll help create a fast, friendly, and accurate experience for every guest during busy daytime hours. Responsibilities

Take and process drive-thru orders accurately and efficiently. Provide friendly and professional customer service. Prepare drinks, shakes, and bag orders for guests. Maintain speed and accuracy during lunch and daytime rushes. Keep the drive-thru area clean, stocked, and organized. Follow all food safety and company procedures.

Work closely with BOH and FOH team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Willingness to learn and work as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
