Working closely with our Social & Influencer Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience, develop your project management skills, and contribute from the first idea to the final launch.

We offer 1650 gross EUR salary and variable Semi-annual bonus (up 2475 Eur gross) based on sales results and individual KPI execution. Role and Responsibilities Responsibilities

• Become the right hand and main support for the Social & Influencer Manager in the Baltics, providing a day to day operational support and assisting in flagship product launches and daily communication.
• Work with social media global assets - review, dig in global campaign toolkits, assist with localizations in strong collaboration with social media agencies, master digital assets in internal Samsung systems, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Create and maintain global materials planning decks to structure local rollouts across social channels (Tik. Tok, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X).
• Establish and maintain a strong, ongoing collaboration with the legal team for all local and global asset approvals and to ensure correct legal disclaimers.
• Assist and take part in influencer marketing campaigns Skills and Qualifications Key Competencies / Characteristics
• A strong desire to learn and a proactive attitude. This is an entry-level position where you will be led and educated, with a clear opportunity to develop.
• Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and execute multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for social media, digital trends, and technology.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Latvian, Lithuanian or Estonian in both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
