Maintenance Technician - Sundance Woodbury

Ready to join Team Timberland? Sundance Woodbury is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our 218-unit property in Woodbury, MN. You’ll play a key role in providing an outstanding living experience for our residents by taking ownership of general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

(include, but are not limited to) Deliver timely, high-quality results for resident work requests and day-to-day community maintenance needs. Take pride in curb appeal by keeping grounds, amenities, and common areas above quality standards, ensuring a welcoming environment residents are proud to call home. Identify and resolve potential safety or upkeep issues, serving as a trusted set of eyes and ears to protect the property and its residents.

Execute seamless make-readies, repairs, and final checks so new residents walk into a flawless home on day one. Provide reliable emergency support on a rotating on-call schedule, ensuring peace of mind for residents when urgent issues arise. Champion a culture of safety by following all industry procedures, protecting yourself, your teammates, and the community.

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of general maintenance experience Multi-family housing maintenance experience preferred EPA universal license for HVAC preferred CPO license preferred Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, all major appliances including washer and dryer Experience with turnover “make-ready” of apartments High school diploma or GED Basic computer proficiency preferred Schedule: Monday

• Friday 8AM - 4:30PM, and a rotating on-call schedule (additional stipend compensation provided for on-call shifts).

Compensation

Pay Range: $25 - $27.50/hr + quarterly bonuses based on property performance and exceptional customer service.
