As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind the warm, seamless service in our Conical Grill Restaurant and Zest and Mezz Bars. You’ll inspire your team to know the menu inside out, deliver every dish with confidence, and create the kind of atmosphere guests can’t wait to return to. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, your leadership ensures every guest leaves well-fed, happy, and eager for their next visit.

What You’ll Do Lead and supervise shifts across Zest Bar, ensuring smooth, polished service Become an expert on all food and beverage offerings — and ensure your team is too Maintain full compliance with food and beverage standards, policies, and procedures Oversee storage areas, ensuring cleanliness and organisation Complete regular stock counts and place orders as needed Support with training, coaching, and developing the team Build strong, collaborative relationships across all hotel departments Identify opportunities to upsell, enhance guest experience, and drive revenue Manage opening and closing duties, ensuring the restaurant is guest‑ready and secure Monitor seating, service flow, safety, and guest wellbeing throughout each shift Encourage proactive table service and guest engagement What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and a natural team‑player mindset A positive, outgoing personality that elevates the guest experience Previous Food & Beverage supervisory experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment What You’ll Get From Us In addition to an hourly rate of £13.
