Supervisor - Operations

Job Scope Manpower Management and Operations Monitoring Plan and assign manpower based on workload. Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance. Conduct daily briefings and communicate work priorities. Address staff issues and maintain team discipline. Supervise daily warehouse activities such as receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, and loading.

Ensure work is completed according to SOP and customer requirements. Monitor productivity and take corrective action when targets are not met. Basic System Operation Have basic knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) Monitor order releases and task assignments in the system. Assist in troubleshooting simple system issues and escalate when necessary.

Ensure inventory and operational transactions are updated accurately in the system. Safety & Compliance Ensure staff follow safety rules and company procedures. Maintain good housekeeping and workplace organization. Report and follow up on any safety concerns.

Qualifications

& Experience At least 3 years in a supervisory or team leader role preferred. Experience managing a team of operators, pickers, packers, or warehouse assistants. Have the knowledge of “”know how” on managing operation Preferred Qualifications Experience in footwear, apparel, fashion 3PL, warehousing, logistics, or distribution center operations.
