Trainee Estate Agent

Job Title: Trainee Estate Agent As a Trainee Estate Agent , you'll be the face of our business, learning every aspect of the sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a rewarding career in the property industry. No prior experience is necessary – full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Register applicants and match them with suitable properties Handle telephone and email enquiries Build strong relationships with clients and maintain excellent customer service Accompany clients to property viewings and gather their feedback Maintain accurate records on our CRM system Support the team with marketing, administrative tasks, and diary management Requirements: A genuine interest in property and a desire to build a long-term career in estate agency Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service mindset Confident, outgoing, and well-presented Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and business insurance Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: Full training and career development plan Clear progression path to Negotiator and beyond Uncapped commission structure Friendly, supportive team environment Regular incentives and team events We are looking for candidates based in the Stockport and Tameside area.
