Physical Therapist – Home Health Full-Time | $100,000 Starting Salary | Flexible Scheduling | Southeast Iowa Looking for a Physical Therapist role where you can have more autonomy over your day, provide meaningful one-on-one care, and be part of a team that puts quality ahead of cutting corners? Advanced Home Health Care is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to provide in-home physical therapy services throughout our Southeast Iowa coverage area, including Des Moines, Lee, Henry, Louisa, and Van Buren Counties.

We offer a $100,000 annual baseline salary, negotiable based on experience, flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to play an important role in our growing internal therapy program. $100,000 annual baseline salary, negotiable based on experience Flexible scheduling based on your caseload, with the autonomy to organize patient visits around your schedule and patient needs Provider-friendly charting software Mileage reimbursement for community travel Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and paid holidays Professional development opportunities Leadership growth opportunities Supportive, interdisciplinary team environment Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and mobility rehabilitation Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support recovery and functional independence Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, fall prevention, and safe mobility Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Independently manage patient visits and documentation throughout the assigned service area Supervise our PTA staff to ensure treatment plans are followed What We're Looking For Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of professional Physical Therapist experience required Active Physical Therapist license Experience in outpatient, inpatient, rehabilitation, or other clinical settings welcome Previous home health care experience preferred, but not required Ability to independently manage patient visits, treatment plans, and documentation in a home health setting A Team That Cares About Doing Things the Right Way Advanced Home Health Care is a family-owned organization with deep roots in Southeast Iowa.
