LIFEGUARD Schedule: Part-Time | 3 Days per Week | 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM Make a splash at North Hill! Looking for a job where you can stay active, connect with people, and make a difference? We’re willing to train you and help you earn your Shallow Water Lifeguard certification! Bring your enthusiasm, attention to safety, and caring attitude—we’ll help you build the skills. Already certified? We’d love to hear from you, too! What You’ll Do Keep a watchful eye on swimmers and the pool deck, helping residents and guests enjoy the water safely.

Build relationships with residents and help create an inviting pool atmosphere. Support water classes, pool activities, and other resident programs. Assist residents with pool equipment and operate the safety lift as needed. Handle pool opening and closing procedures, test water chemicals, and complete required records.

Keep the pool and deck clean, organized, and ready for the day. Respond to emergencies and provide rescues, first aid, and CPR when needed. Work with the Fitness Manager and other team members to communicate concerns and support residents. What You’ll Bring A friendly, dependable approach and a strong commitment to safety.

The ability to stay alert, work independently, and communicate clearly in English. A caring attitude and comfort working with residents, families, guests, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. A commitment to resident privacy and confidentiality. Willingness to complete training and obtain and maintain required Shallow Water Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR certifications.

Education and Experience

Shallow Water Lifeguard Certifications Maintains First Aid, CPR and other needed certifications and trainings 2 years’ experience in senior living or hospitality setting preferred Satisfactory completion of a background investigation is required for this position.
