Job Description: Director, Enterprise Valuation Analysis & Credit Administration Location: Bangalore, India Career Level: L4 Job Category: Director Role Type: Hybrid Shift timing- 2:00pm IST to 11:00pm IST Position Summary The Director, Enterprise Valuation Analysis & Credit Administration is a senior leadership role within First Citizens responsible for leading the Enterprise Valuation Analysis (EVA) function in India and providing leadership for Credit Administration teams based in India.

As a recognized valuation expert and thought leader, this individual will drive technical excellence, strengthen valuation capabilities, advance best practices, and contribute to the continued evolution of enterprise valuation standards across First Citizens. The role will lead a team of valuation professionals, oversee the quality and integrity of valuation analyses, and serve as a trusted advisor on complex valuation and financial matters.

In addition, the Director will provide leadership for Credit Administration India teams, ensuring strong governance, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and operational excellence across aligned functions. Working in partnership with leaders across First Citizens, this role will help build a high-performing organization, foster a culture of innovation and accountability, and strengthen critical capabilities that support the Bank's strategic priorities.

About the Team

Enterprise Valuation Analysis is part of the broader Credit Administration & Infrastructure organization within First Citizens. The function provides independent valuation expertise that supports sound credit decision-making, risk management, and portfolio oversight across a diverse range of lending activities. Operating as a globally integrated team, Enterprise Valuation professionals collaborate across locations to deliver consistent, independent, and high-quality valuation analyses while maintaining rigorous standards and governance practices.

The successful candidate will: Serve as a trusted valuation expert and advisor on complex financial and valuation matters. Advance valuation methodologies, governance standards, and analytical excellence across the enterprise.

Build and develop a high-performing team of valuation professionals and future leaders. Drive innovation through industry insights, market intelligence, and leading valuation practices. Strengthen organizational capability, operational effectiveness, and leadership across Credit Administration India. Foster a culture that values accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and risk-intelligent decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Valuation Leadership Lead and develop the Enterprise Valuation Analysis team in India, establishing a high-performing and scalable center of excellence. Partner with Enterprise Valuation leaders across First Citizens to enhance valuation methodologies, governance frameworks, quality standards, and analytical capabilities.

Provide thought leadership on valuation practices, market trends, industry developments, and emerging regulatory expectations. Review and challenge complex valuation analyses, financial models, assumptions, and conclusions across a broad range of industries and transaction types. Serve as the senior escalation point for valuation-related matters requiring specialized expertise and judgment.

Ensure timely delivery of independent, accurate, and high-quality valuation analyses and reports. Drive continuous improvement in valuation processes, tools, frameworks, and quality assurance practices. Develop and mentor valuation professionals, fostering technical excellence and career progression. Support strategic initiatives and contribute to the advancement of Enterprise Valuation practices across First Citizens.

Promote knowledge-sharing and adoption of best practices across the enterprise valuation community. Credit Administration Leadership Provide leadership and direction for Credit Administration teams based in India. Ensure robust governance, operational discipline, control execution, and management reporting across aligned functions.

Partner with Credit Administration & Infrastructure leaders to align priorities, operating objectives, and workforce strategies. Drive organizational effectiveness through talent planning, succession management, capability development, and employee engagement initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators and operational outcomes to ensure achievement of business objectives.

Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and prudent risk management. Act as an escalation point for operational and organizational matters and facilitate timely resolution of issues. Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, audit expectations, and control standards.

Leadership Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic priorities aligned with the broader objectives of First Citizens. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Credit, Risk, Finance, Business, and Corporate functions. Lead through influence and collaboration across geographically diverse teams. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, inclusion, and high performance.

Attract, develop, retain, and mentor top talent while building leadership depth and succession readiness. Promote transparency, accountability, and consistent execution of organizational goals. Qualifications

& Experience Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 15+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise Valuation, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Investment Banking, Credit Risk, or related fields. Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships.

Strong understanding of valuation governance, independent review processes, and risk management frameworks. Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and lead organizational change. Exceptional communication, presentation, leadership, and influencing skills. Technical Expertise Deep expertise in enterprise valuation methodologies, including: Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) Analysis Comparable Company Analysis Precedent Transaction Analysis Leveraged Buyout (LBO) Analysis Scenario and Sensitivity Analysis Capital Structure Analysis Enterprise and Equity Valuation Valuation of leveraged, distressed, and complex businesses Preferred Qualifications CFA, ASA, ABV, CVA, ICVS, or other relevant valuation credentials.

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience within a financial institution, valuation advisory firm, investment bank, or credit organization. Experience managing geographically distributed teams. Familiarity with Capital IQ and other valuation and market intelligence platforms.
