If you have the ambition, we will support you every step of the way! The internship in short The programme kicks off end of March and will last for 10 weeks (full-time). As an intern, you are recruited to a specific job role where you will be involved in daily business activities and have a great opportunity to explore the environment of banking.

You will be guided by at least one tutor during your internship. You will get to know SEB, meet professionals across the WAM division, get to know other interns and start building your network. Wealth & Asset Management The Wealth & Asset Management division (WAM) serves a wide range of client segments, including high-net-worth individuals, business families, private equity firms, institutional investors and corporate clients.

WAM has approximately 2000 employees across 15 markets: Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, France, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Germany, Luxembourg, the UK, Ireland, Singapore, Poland and Switzerland.

What You Will Do

  • Work to extract and analyze data using predetermined tools, methods, and formats to create business insights.
  • Design, develop and maintain various data and analytics reports and dashboards.
  • Support collection of business requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, work shadowing and workflow analysis, to express requirements clearly and concisely. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys exploring complex data relationships and dependencies. At the same time, you can maintain a broader perspective and understand how the details contribute to the overall picture.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor or master’s degree within Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • You have studied at least 2 years at university level.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Excellent oral and written Swedish skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
  • Proficiency in Python or SQL.
