The Senior Fund Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate fund accounting records and delivering high-quality financial reporting for assigned client portfolios. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of fund accounting standards, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Fund Accounting & Reporting • Maintain the general ledger and perform daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting for funds • Prepare NAV calculations, investor allocations, and capital account statements • Ensure accurate recording of capital calls, distributions, management fees, and carried interest Financial Statements & Compliance • Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS GAAP • Ensure compliance with local regulations and client-specific requirements Investor Reporting • Prepare investor reports, capital call notices, and distribution notices • Maintain investor records and respond to investor queries in a timely manner Regulatory Reporting • Reporting to the Bank of Italy and Consob • CRS/FATCA reporting

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an economic field Experience: • at least 5 years of experience in fund accounting • Knowledge of IFRS GAAP and fund structures Soft Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
