Associate Director, Global Creator Program

HelloFresh is looking for a senior operator to stand up a global creator program as a new growth engine for the Group. Your mission is to build a global community of creator ambassadors for our brands - HelloFresh and Factor - producing content at scale: thousands of creators, paid on performance, feeding both our organic channels and our paid channels, specifically Meta.

You will be part of a global team across Berlin and New York, work directly with senior growth leadership, and manage multimillion-euro creator budgets.

Success looks like: A creator community that grows month over month and stays active: creators onboard quickly, post consistently, and earn meaningfully. The program becomes a reliable source of content at scale — thousands of posts feeding organic reach — and a standing pipeline of creative for paid, acquiring customers at a cost that beats our existing channels.

You will own…

• Program strategy and commercial model. Design how creators earn: commissions, rewards, challenges and progression tiers. Own the program's unit economics and budget, and iterate the model on live performance data.
• Creator activation, coaching and community. Run the creator community day to day: onboarding, coaching and training creators to produce content that converts, celebrating wins, and steering everyone toward what works. Develop the best creators into long-term brand ambassadors.
• Paid amplification. Amplify winning organic content into a pipeline of performing ads, aligning creator incentives with paid channel performance.
• Global rollout. Take the proven playbook to new brands and markets: adapt incentives and localize the model per market, set cross-market benchmarks, and report progress to Group leadership.
• Operations at leverage. Direct the program's platform, tooling and outsourced support teams so the program scales to thousands of creators without scaling headcount.

You are…

• Well versed in performance terms: incentives, funnels and unit economics come naturally to you, and you iterate on data rather than opinions.
• An operator at heart: hands-on, structured, and comfortable building something new with high autonomy and leverage rather than a large team.
• Able to work fluently across functions and geographies, from paid social to finance, from Berlin to New York.

You have…

• 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, community or affiliate marketing. Experience in building communities is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in managing teams.
• Built and scaled a creator, ambassador or affiliate program before, and you know what it takes to grow one from its early days to thousands of creators.
• Community instinct — you understand what keeps creators motivated, posting and loyal to a brand.

New York Pay Range

$160,319 — $211,410 USD
