Regional Account Manager

For our sales team, we are looking for a commercial, enthusiastic, and creative Regional Account Manager who can establish themselves as a trusted business partner for both existing and prospective customers. JOB DESCRIPTION The Account Manager is responsible for revenue generation and growth in equipment and service sales within their assigned region.

You will develop and maintain strong technical and commercial relationships with existing customers and prospects. Together with your colleagues, you will manage the entire sales cycle from A to Z, from generating leads and opportunities to successfully closing deals. Identifying and visiting prospects on a planned basis to generate new business is also a key part of the role.

Maintaining, strengthening, and expanding relationships with existing customers Generating new business opportunities Developing and implementing your own sales plan Monitoring and analyzing your sales KPIs SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES You are proactive, identify opportunities, and take action on them You are energized by relationship management and prospecting activities You are a true team player EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree level of thinking and working, preferably with a technical educational background Extensive and proven experience in a similar field-based sales role Experience within the compressed air industry is an advantage Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken You live within the North-East Netherlands territory WHAT WE OFFER You will join a great company with a positive and supportive working environment.
