Business Process Reengineering Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Process Reengineering Analyst based in United States. This role supports hands-on business process discovery and redesign within a federal modernization program. You will work with transformation leaders and business analysts to understand how work is performed, identify bottlenecks and root causes, and design more effective future-state workflows.

The position combines process analysis, data analysis, documentation, and practical improvement initiatives across complex operational environments. You will use Python and SQL to investigate process performance and measure improvements in areas such as cycle time, errors, and workload. You will also help identify opportunities for automation, digital tools, and AI-enabled capabilities.
