We are seeking a Program Assistant who will provide administrative support to the SCO department and perform related functions as assigned by the program management
What you'll do:

Assign, review, evaluate and approve the work of assigned staff
-
Provide administrative support to the SCO Department
-
Maintain resources/ databases as required
-
Communicate with program management regarding information related to individual care plans
-
Handle Transportation requests for SCO consumers
-
Assist SCO staff in tracking authorized services
-
Assist SCO staff with initial services requests
-
Additional duties as requested
What you'll bring:

Your passion for helping others and desire to make a difference.

Ability to plan and organize work independently
-
Ability to develop and promote collaboration
-
At least One year of experience in the human services or related field
-
Excellent written and verbal skills.

Excellent computer skills.
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
