Shift Leader - Theo & Betty's, Paine Field, Fulltime

The Shift Leader is a working lead responsible for supporting daily shift operations at Theo & Betty’s, a quick service deli and retail concept located in an airport environment. Reporting to the Service Shift Supervisor, this role helps coordinate day to day workflow, supports team coverage, and ensures an exceptional guest experience while maintaining operational, food safety, cash handling, and airport security standards. The Shift Leader leads by example—actively performing barista, cashier, and food preparation duties while assisting with shift coordination, communicating priorities, responding to guest needs, and reinforcing compliance with food safety, cash control, and security protocols.
