• Phoenix, AZ, Salary Range: $23.00 - $29.00Hourly, Parts Associate Job Profile Title: Parts Associate Facility: Phoenix, AZ Department: Parts Job Type: Hourly / Non Exempt Position Summary The Parts Associate is responsible for demonstrating superior customer service to our internal and external customers by providing professional assistance in person and via phone and ensuring accuracy in the procurement and fulfillment of all parts orders.

are subject to change based on business needs and at managements discretion. Receive and process orders through all available tools and resources (phone, text, counter, and email). Research and create orders using internal inventory and external partnerships, as needed. Assist in managing and controlling parts inventory.

Ship and receive incoming and outgoing orders with a minimum of 99% accuracy. Replenish company Vans, review requests and fill orders as required. Build hose assemblies using in house tools. Ensure warehouse and counter is well organized, clean, and stocked. General clerical duties including but not limited to filing, emailing, creation of orders.

Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous parts experience in a retail or warehouse environment preferred. Highly desired industry experience in front- or back-counter support (working with technicians or over-the-counter customers). Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook. Organizational and time management skills.

Inventory control knowledge. Good oral and written communication skills. Excellent Customer Service skills required. Valid California driver’s license. Appearance must be neat, clean, and professional. Physical requirements Must be able to repetitively stoop, bend, push, pull, squat, climb, and kneel regularly. Must be able to operate a computer and other parts department-related equipment.

Must be physically able to lift 50 pounds unaided repetitively (must ask for assistance if lifting over 50 pounds) Must be physically able to operate/drive a company vehicle, if necessary. Must be physically able to speak and interact with other company associates. Must be physically and mentally able to read, write, and follow directions.
