Global Traveler Risk and Emergency Support Coordinator

We are looking for a Global Traveler Risk and Emergency Support Coordinator to provide weekend and out-of-hours support for urgent immigration and business travel incidents affecting Key Strategic Client travelers across APAC, EMEA and NORAM. The role will monitor emergency support channels, assess traveler risk, coordinate responses across internal and external stakeholders, manage escalations, and ensure clear handovers to regional teams.

The successful candidate will also support incident reporting, service-level monitoring, emergency procedures and continuous improvement of the global traveler-support model.
