Position Summary

Do you enjoy variety in your workday, thrive on staying organized, and have a strong attention to detail? Franklin General Hospital is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources team.

This part-time position provides support across a variety of HR functions and plays an important role in ensuring a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, confidential, and enjoys collaborating with others while managing multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• File and maintain personnel records and HR documentation
• Complete hiring process, onboarding steps and background checks
• Coordinate, organize, and present new employee orientation programs
• Prepare and submit HR-related reports to various organizations and agencies
• Maintain internal software enrollments and HRIS program
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and records
• Support general Human Resources operations and special projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
• Experience with HRIS systems preferred
• Prior Training experience preferred
• Willing to share office space and collaborate within the HR Dept.
• Previous Human Resources or office experience preferred
