Requirements

Education/Experience/Skills High school diploma or equivalent A valid NYS license and clean driving record. Computer Skills: able to use email; google suite; database systems Who we are: Wildwood Programs is a proud provider of educational, residential, employment, and other community-based supports to people with disabilities.

Who we are looking for: We are looking for a direct support professional to help promote independence and self-esteem to persons with disabilities in a Dayhab program site and community based setting. Summary: Our Day Services program provides individuals the opportunity to participate in a variety of group activities throughout the day at a site or in the community.

Successful candidates will have: The ability to interact with our individuals in a positive and encouraging way. A professional manner, patience, empathy and possess a strong desire to help others. An interest in taking an active role in by introducing individuals to community based and site-based activities that inspire growth.

Days & Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00PM Qualifications: Other Requirements A valid NYS driver's license and ability to drive and driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage are required. Daily access to a vehicle. Ability to pass SCIP/CPR Ability to be Med Certified Ability to Lift 50 lbs
